New Fire Station #82 is in a redesign process as approved by Council in Nov 2025.  The 95% revised plans are expected to be complete by end of March 2026 . At that time, the City will perform a building permit plan check, and the design team will prepare the 100% plans and put the project out to bid. The bidding process will take approximately 2 months. Staff will then bring the construction contract to Council for consideration after the bid closes.
