Property is currently in City's sphere of influence, but requests annexation into the City of Dixon. The city issued a revised notice of preparation for 30-day public review on 6/26/2026 and closed on 8/3/2026. Now work has begun to prepare a draft EIR which is anticipated to be released in spring 2027.
