Major residential development with commercial lots available. A total of 1,327 lots for single family homes were approved by City Council in 2020. Since then 1,040 homes have been built to include low income housing. Sunrise and Celebration villages began construction in early 2026. The remaining village, Village 13, has been purchased and named Bellera. It is in the process of infrastructure development and master plan review. There are commercial properties available that has gotten some interest but no application at this time.
