Formal Application for 1166 acre Master Plan to the southeast of the City by Lewis Group submitted 12/23/24. General Plan amendment, Annexation, Pre Zoning, Design Review and Tentative Maps. Proposes up to 6,300 residential units, of varying type, a 10-15 acres of commercial, 10-20 acres light industrial and ag uses as buffers, various parks, open space, and recreation. Application is still in completeness review phase. The applicant has recently acquired and additional; 330 acres to the south and west of their project. The city issued a revised notice of preparation for 30 day public review on June 26, 2026. Following the NOP period the EIR process will commence.
