Proposal for a new single-story L-shaped retail building totaling 12,200 ft.  Building will host relocation of the I-80/Club 420 dispensary in 4,875 ft and a TBD retail space totaling 7,185 ft. The existing I-80 dispensary/Club 420 building will be demolished and replaced by parking once new structure is built
